I’ve been drinking a lot of milkshakes latelly, not does kind of full of chocolate or something like that, but the ones that kind of more healthy with fruits, vegetables, etc

Hi came up with to recipes that I like a lot:

Green One

  • 2 Bananas
  • 7 or 8 leafs of spinach
  • 2 spoons of greek yogourt
  • 4 or 5 leafs of mint
  • 1 slice of lemon without shell
  • Ginger (just a bit)

If needed, add a bit of milk

Put everything into the blender and voila.

Red One

  • 1 Banana
  • 8 strawberries
  • 2 spoons of greek yogourt
  • 4 or 5 leafs of mint
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 1 slice of lemon without shell
  • Ginger (just a bit)

If needed, add a bit of milk
